that’s right, meaningless films.’s “the silk street gang” just won big in seattle in the “modern grit” category!

meaningless films. would like to extend its deepest thanks to the cast and crew, the people of NFFTY, the audience members who voted, and the emerald city itself for being so accommodating.

of course, filmmaking is not about winning awards, but it’s a lot of fun when it happens. stay tuned for hopefully more festivals ahead!

the national film festival for talented youth in seattle, wa has selected “the silk street gang” as an official selection to their 2010 line-up. so, if you are in the pacific northwest or have a fondness for long trips to rainy parts of the country, grab a starbucks and head there april 29th-may 2nd. a special thanks goes out to the cast and crew of “silk street”. it wouldn’t have happened without you. http://www.nffty.org/

the wonderful opening-night audience of the 5th annual southside film festival of bethlehem, pennsylvania just named meaningless films.’s “the pro” as the image over word 2008 audience award winner!
